Gas Prices

Hey,
I am really not happy. With gas prices what they are we may not be able to go south this winter. It is depressing, I know there are other people stuck the same as we are but we planned and did what we could to assure our retirement. Now with everything going the way it is it seems it was all for nothing. And with the prices of heating our homes what are we going to do? It is a catch 22, spend the money and go south or stay in the north and spend the money to heat the house. What a mess they have us in.
And I really do not think either presidential candidate will fix the problem. Obama does not want to do anything to fix the problem I think he will just make things worse. And McCain is old out of touch and does not have a clue about the way the normal folks in the country live.
